What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise the handheld shower head for straightforward installation, impressive spray variety, and strong performance. Most report excellent water pressure and appreciate the flexible hose and comfortable grip, especially those recovering from surgery. The brushed nickel design looks sleek, though some note plastic components feel less substantial than expected. Water pressure feedback is mixed—most users experience great pressure, but those in low-pressure areas report disappointment; removing the flow restrictor helps some. Minor complaints include a slightly short hose and holder design issues. Overall, most customers consider it an excellent upgrade.

Awful design
Would Not RecommendThe showerhead barely sits in the holder. If I try and just change the setting it falls out of the holder. It feels like I'm going to barely touch it and it'll fall out of the holder and just shatter when it hits the wall. The pressure is also not great. Massively regret buying this.

Not built to last as advertised
Would Not RecommendThere should be fine print saying - Built to last (But only three years because we use cheap plastic for the parts that hold all the weight). in June the hose cracked and sprayed every where now in Aug the base has. Granted it is a $50 shower head but Three year lifespan?
