The ergonomic handle design, crafted from durable materials, provides a secure, comfortable grip that reduces fatigue during extended prep work. Reviewers consistently admire the stunning visual appeal and premium craftsmanship, describing it as a piece of art. Redesigned Kaizen II is a hit!
Would RecommendIf you liked the sharpness of the original Kaizen, but found the handle a little foreign, then it might be time to reconsider the Kaizen line. Great Nakiri
Would RecommendThis is a really great Japanese blade shape and knife. The Kaizen II has a beautiful blade and the Micarta wood handle feels really smooth in hand, and has a nice roundedness to it. With the blade having 48 layers of steel, you can really feel how much of a difference that makes when cutting fish, meat or produce. A great knife to have in the kitchen.

This Nakiri has a nicely shaped blade, it is more rounded that other blunt edge Nakiri knives so I seem to be able to work more quickly with it. Made with FC61 durable steel it can go through even the toughest vegetables and small bones. Handle is extremely comfortable, more rounded than the traditional Japanese D shaped handle.

Chop chop
Would RecommendAmazing how much sharper a Japanese knife is, or at least the perception is that it's sharper. And in this case, much more beautiful too. The nakiri is a new blade shape for me. It does an amazing job with fruits and vegetables.
