Everyone needs a Nakiri

I bought this as a present for someone who loves to cook but has everything. They did not have a Miyabi Nakiri and they love it. They didn't even know they needed it until they had it.

The knife is just absolutely stunning. Upon unboxing it from the sleek and smooth black box, you are just wowed by the knife’s presentation. Also, the patterns on the blade itself is SO COOL!!! Got this for Father’s Day and very excited to use it!!!

The quality of craftsmanship is out of this WORLD! I have never fallen in love with a knife so quickly, you can make paper thin cuts and it is fantastic for light butchering!

I was gifted this knife, and it is an investment for my cooking, I am satisfied with how smoothly it can cut in fruits and those harder root veggies (squash, sweet potato, etc) . Will be sticking with this brand from here on out!

Poor experience

Knife did not last, purchased this knife as a present and within a month of use it broke cutting vegetables. Knife does not hold up well to basic vegetables.
