Excellent. 10/10 Recommend

I was using a dull and dated knife so rather than trying to salvage the blade I went out and bought a new one. Wow. I’m glad I did. I love this knife and fully plan on finishing the set. It cuts so smoothly and you can feel the quality and durability. Couldn’t be happier with my purchase.

Myabi santoku

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Holds a masterful edge. Spine near bolster is squared without a rounded edge, making it uncomfortable for lengthy chopping and cutting. Like the shape of the handle.

I have medium to large hands so finding a knife that bolsters confidence on a cutting board is essential to fully exercise the quaintly of this artisan Santoku knife.
