Would RecommendI made a desk top from 3/4 walnut plywood. This product made a beautiful smooth surface. I pour it on from a cup and spread it with a 7 inch pad painter. This product dries fast, so spread it on quickly, like in two minutes. Then it can flow out smoothly and leave a nice surface. If you work it for 5 or 10 minutes it will get sticky and leave rough spots. A light sanding with 320 sand paper worked great between first and second coat. Would RecommendThis polyurethane was very easy to apply and gave a smooth, durable finish. It dries fairly quickly and levels out nicely, making it a good option whether you’re a beginner or have more experience with woodworking and furniture projects. I used it on a furniture refinishing project and was happy with the final result. Would definitely use it again.

It's different
Would Not RecommendI wanted to try a non oil product but it's just not the same. I had to switch the way to apply a few times and had to buy a special brush. It also has a film, white appearance, in the details of the door. I used over a Kona dark stain. It took me a lot of time to remove and clean up not to see the white.

Would RecommendIve been using this in a rehab Im doing. Solid pine 6 panel doors & custom hemlock trim. Goes on very smooth with a quality brush or foam roller. If sprayed on it will leave an even smoother finish. Equipment cleans up easily with soap and hot water.

Would Not RecommendThe product dried quickly and looks to provide good protection. My disappointment is that I used it on a white surface and it is not as clear as I understood it would be there is a yellow tinge to the surface. Since it will be used outdoors I think it will be fine, but if it was on an indoor surface, I would have to sand it down and redo the whole thing with another product.
