Flexible options for dryer location

If you are limited in space in your home or apartment… This is the dryer for you as it can be placed in any room… As there is no requirement for external venting of moisture from the clothes is collected in an easy to drain tank. The dryer for being small is a bit of a challenge to move for one person without a dolly.

Horrible unit

Replaced Miele’s that were great for 20 years. I replaced them and they would not work. After multiple service calls Miele could not fix. I think they made a junk model, very disappointing, has completely taken me off ever owning another Miele. Service men just kept coming to limp the units. Very disappointing

I just bought 1 set washer & dryer

brand new set and no none of these 2 work i try hard reset and still nothing is a waste of time and money

Don't buy this unit.

We purchased this just over 2 years ago, at this point, it's inoperable. We continue to get the dreaded F066 error which is stating that the lint filters are clogged. OK. I clean the filters. Good product, really poor deliverly/installation

Took three machines to get one that worked

The product is fine. It just took three machines delivered to get one working properly. The first machine was installed by Lowes installers who remarked they’d never seen a Miele. No kidding! They failed to remove the shipping struts and when we ran our first load the drum banged against the struts so hard the machine shook violently and banged into our wall, cabinet and danced across the floor until it pulled out its own cord. Miele used to be the Hermes of home appliances

Miele used to be the gold standard for home appliances. Now it's a crappy corporation that is selling a drying system that is finnicky, leaves clothes damp, overherats constantly and take note: when you call them to get your unit serviced, listen to them tell you that you are under warranty and will service it free of charge, beware. They in all likelihood will show up and tell you that you've done something wrong and will hit you with hefty service fees.

Amazing dryer; lousy experience with Lowe’s.

This Miele dryer is amazing; energy efficient and gentle on clothes. The same can’t be said about the delivery and installation service offered by Lowe’s. The first team that showed up was rude; did not know how to install the dryer and stacking kit; refused to read the installation guide and falsely claimed that the stacking kit and dryer were missing parts. Buy It

I was a bit apprehensive about spending this much on a dryer. However -- 6 or 8 washes I am thrilled! I did my first washes with a heavy blanket. This machine is smaller than most conventional washing machine. But, I have to say it did better than my old larger washer. 100% happy!

Buyer beware. Our 4-year-old ventless Miele dryer is not pulling moisture out of the clothes. Before that, it also shut down numerous times with no apparent plinth filter issue like another reviewer discussed. We already contacted Miele USA numerous times and there is no repair option available to us. Now they are being sold at even more stores. Whether it is warranty work or repair, if no one is available to check your unit, the warranty and the broken dryer are worthless.

A Purchase We Regret

Recently moved into an older house that wasn't able to handle our large electric dryer due to various constraints. These constraints led us to heat-pump dryers and, at the time, this Miele unit was the only decently reviewed unit available. From the start we got the F066 error and continued to do so even after cleaning all the filters non-stop. BUY, but NOT FROM LOWES

Instead of a the $400 Miele rebate and 5-year warranty, Lowes offers a "discount on installation". Installation with this dryer is easy. This dryer is lightweight and very easy to move with a hand truck compared to other dryers. It plugs into the wall like a toaster. The drain tube is the only thing that requires any work (you plumb this into the washer drain above the trap. The best

Fewer Features than Prior Models

We replaced our older Miele model with the newer equivalent without doing much research. We regret it and did not realize how much was missing from the new model until the return window had ended. There is no air fluff and the only temperature control is Gentle or no Gentle. I will never buy another Miele product again.
