A few kinks worked out and now PERFECT!
Would RecommendPurchased at a local lowes and took home overnight plugged in on table and it got cold and was silent. Took to my office for which it was intended for and it sounded like running water and freaked me out. thought it was unlevel so adjusted the legs and even put a level on it. was not the issue. A short time later looked inside and ice was forming on the back wall. I googled about it and figured it was turned up too high /coldest setting.
