Great storage for food and huge ice making ability. We take the extra ice from the freezer section to bag and place in our chest freezer. No more buying expensive bag ice for boating days! Really appreciate the Bright LED lighting in both the top and bottom

Ice maker beyond slow after 3 days 50 cubes

Insralled monday after 3 days we have maybe 50 ice cubes its ridiculous noting could be this slow to make ice. We ckd water line cheched everything

This is nothing against the refrigerator or Lowe’s but the third party contractors they sent out didn’t speak English and didn’t install it correctly.

Great refrigerator

This was delivered last week and is working great. Delivery people were very nice. Had it in and hooked up and old one out in no time.

wouldn't cool when delivered

The refrigerator was delivered on Friday. Ice & freezer worked fine. Refrigerator would not get below 40 degrees. Lowe's gave us the phone number for repair company. They couldn't get here for a week. Freezer quit working day 6. We really like to design of the refrigerator. It should be replaced!

We purchased this refrigerator last Friday. Thrilled with the set up and design. Noticed Saturday it wasn't getting contents to desired temp. Contacted the warranty department. Very polite folks. No waiting or on hold. After a few procedures that did not help. They scheduled a repair technician to come check it out. Next Monday. 10 days later. Lowes only referred me to the warranty company. If its a major ordeal it shall go back to Lowes. Bad part is having to use coolers and get ice for 10 days...

Didnt work and lowes sucks with customer service. Did not help at all with a product that didnt work at all.

Don't get fooled by the gimmicks and low price...

This fridge has some nice features, such as the auto water/ice dispenser, but what they don't tell you is the water is not cooled within the fridge - so it simply dispenses whatever temp is in the line - this may not be a problem up north, but in Texas, that doesn't cut it... Also, I noticed immediately upon delivery that the large drawer was not fitting properly - the back side is hanging off the rails on one side or the other. Blown Away!

This fridge is amazing! It has a few minor issues, but overall, I can't believe how nice it is for the price! The dual icemakers, sliding door shelf, and retractable shelf are great features, and in the 3 weeks I've had it I've used them all. It looks great, has WAY more space than the GE 25 cubic foot sxs it replaced, and in general is just a fantastic appliance. Lowe's delivery was shockingly good. This fridge replaced an 8 year old fridge that just died. So far this one is bigger. water sense is awesome, Lighting is overwhelmingly Brite. Adjustable door holder up and down is great feature. You get your money's worth and more with this one.
