SLOW water & ice, icemaker ripped itself apart.

This is the worst fridge I've ever purchased. The water dispenser is very Very, VERY SLOW. It takes literally twice as long as any other water-in-the-door fridge I've ever used. Ditto for the upper ice maker. It takes about one full second for each ice cube. One second doesn't sound like much, until you're trying to fill a cup with ice. Very loud motor!

The refrigerator is very spacious. However, the motor on this model is extremely loud! It sounds like a farm tractor. I sent the manufacturer proof of purchase, verified the model number, and sent them both an audio and a video file of the loud motor, in the hope of replacing this particular appliance. The company responded that, after review, this loud noise is "normal." End of discussion. I would not recommend this product.

I LOVE this

I reallly like this frig so far. love to two ice makers and the ice it makes, S o Far So good.

This fridge is amazing. The only negative, it seems to scratch easily. Hence the four stars and not five.

LEMON Brand

I’ve purchased three major kitchen appliances from this brand, and sadly, two of them have already failed — both just outside the warranty period. First, the oven I bought in October 2024 completely stopped working a little over a year later — right in the middle of cooking our Thanksgiving turkey. Extremely quiet & designed with all the functions

Liked everything about this new-to-the-market Refrigerator. Well laid out & designed with everything I wanted.

Leaked

The refrigerator looked fine and the inside was roomy. I liked the additional ice maker. But the water dispenser/ice maker in the door leaked. We tried to get it fixed but the repair person didn’t call back with a time. We tried to even exchange it but Lowe’s was out of stock. We ended up paying $200 more for a different one.

Nice and quiet.

What not to like about this refrigerator, ice in the door and freezer. Looks great in my kitchen. Easy to hook up.
