Would RecommendDelivery window 4 hours.people can’t just leave work. Did level side to side but forgot to level front to back. Delivery window 4 hours. Times are in the middle of the day when people work. Un called for. Send someone from Lowes ( in your town) in the evening. That would be reasonable

Would Not RecommendThey will make you contact the manufacturer for issues. Highly recommend buying a fridge from a business that supports their “90day policy” and has better customer service. Mom of three kids going without a fridge. Do better Lowe’s. My 90 days was up Aug 26th 2026 - freezer starts acting up Aug 31st …. Shocker. Bought this fridge in May 2026.

Unreliable
Would Not RecommendI’ve only fad it for a year and it’s gone out completely a couple of times, makes strange noises, runs very hot to the touch on the side, and water fills and leaks and there is no way to empty the pan- you have to unplug it and stuff a large bath towel in the back to dry it a couple times per month! I haven’t run it on very low or it will stop working.

The 2 delivery partners were excellent, smooth delivery. I had heard earlier negative info. Inside and outside the store about Lowe’s delivery service and I am glad they changed to better service. Some of the issues customers had were not backed up. Thank you for the updated change.

Would Not RecommendI opened up a credit card with lowes to get this fridge. When it got delivered to my house my NEW fridge was missing its front legs. The delivery people told me to call lowes about it. Lowes gave me a number to call but they wouldn't have my legs til a month later. Went back to lowes to see about doing a swap they gave me another number to call that wasn't even connected! Freezer door doesn’t seal sometimes
Would Not RecommendThe freezer door on mine sometimes doesn’t close and seal all the way. Has no blockage inside. It’s random when it does it. Causes condensation in the freezer.
