WITHOUT WARNING, ONE DAY IT JUST STOPPED HEATING FOOD. WE CONTACTED CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH MIDEA AND LOWES- NEITHER WOULD HELP SINCE WE OUTSIDE THE ONE YEAR WARRANTY. NEVER DID WE THINK THIS WOULD ONLY LAST US SHORTLY OVER 1 YEAR. DO NOT PURCHASE.

Perfect microwave to replace my previous model. Was able to install immediately. Same size . Love the bright light, soft whistle of end of cycle.

Love this Ultra Quiet Microwave

This microwave looks great, is very sturdy, quality feel. It's whisper quiet which I love. It cooks food evenly without overheating the plate - that's a first for me! I'd have given 5 stars if the vent fan was a bit more powerful. It does the job but if you forget to turn it on before it's necessary it takes quite a while to catch up. Really that's a me issue and I cant fault the microwave for not compensating for my poor planning.

Midea is Top of the list!

All of Midea's products are excellent. So choosing a microwave brand was not even a question. I currently have a side-by-side refrigerator, a dishwasher, and now a microwave all by this manufacturer. All of their appliances are super quiet and efficient. I would recommend them hands down over any other brand.

This microwave came up with an SE error last night and won't come back to life. We haven't even owned it for two years. When we looked it up, there were SO many complaints about the SE error. Why is it still being sold if Samsung knows it's faulty?

Lowes is awful & slow

The product was perfect. Ordering from Lowes was the Bad Experience! It took 7 business days and had not heard anything. Called & they said it hadnt arrived yet. Then it took another 5 business days before install.

Does everything an over the range microwave should

Pros: quiet operation, responsive keypad, bright display, bright range top light, quiet beep. Cons: none yet.

Love this unit.

Heats well but that's about it

Used this for over a year, had to give it some time for an honest review. The chimes are too quiet even on high, good if you are standing near it. The build feels cheap including opening and closing the door, louder than the chimes. The two bolts that hold this up connect to two clips, which are not properly secured. If they come off it's very difficult to mount this. And finally, the exhaust fan is extremely loud, both in high and low. It was a good price but not a good choice.
