What Customers Are Saying
Customers praise the unit's powerful moisture removal, with many reporting 20% humidity drops within hours and noting improved air quality. The smartphone app and straightforward setup are widely appreciated conveniences. However, a substantial group reports defective humidity sensors that read inaccurately, leading to warranty denials and frustration with customer support. Several also find pump and bucket mode operations confusing. Despite these issues, most customers consider the strong performance and design flexibility worthwhile, though reliability concerns deter some buyers.

Would RecommendWe recently moved to Florida and I could not figure out why the air felt cold at night but I was too clammy to sleep. A quick Google search revealed that it's likely because AC can't keep up with the humidity so I purchased this and it works like a charm! It keeps our home so much more comfortable and helps manage the humidity if I keep the patio open for a bit so my cat can enjoy being outside. I love that it can go for days without filling up so I only have to empty is about once or twice per ...

Works well
Would RecommendThis seems to be doing the job. I have a damp basement and it kept things reasonably dry after the recent heavy rains we had recently. I also like that it is compact and quiet.

Midea dehumidifier
Would RecommendI have had it 3 weeks but performance has been excellent. Well thought out machine. Like that there is 2 intake filters. Only drawback for me is the weight of emptying bucket. I do not have a basement drain. I have tried 3 other brands over the years. Their lifetime has been 2 years and I only run dehumidifiers during spring and summer. One can regulate how much h2o bucket is to hold by the way.

Faulty unit and terrible support
Would Not RecommendI bought this unit 8/12. This is my 5th 50pt Cube and the second to fail upon unboxing. This unit looks great, but the calibration is off and there is no user control to recalibrate. My unit shows 20% lower current room humidity from actual. Very frustrating. I have for with three different online support people through chat and none have completed a session without getting sidetracked nor has the issue been resolved.

Sensors do not work
Would Not RecommendLike others have said the humidity sensor doesn’t work. And the bucket sensor doesn’t work. You have to keep checking it to make sure that it’s not full because it’ll say 1% full when it’s half full. It does take the humidity out of the air if you run it on continuously but don’t rely on it to come on and off automatically based on the humidity in the room because it just doesn’t work it stays at 30% no matter what. I have my portable humidity tester and my air-conditioning sensor and both can b...
