Ratings & Reviews for Metabo HPT 10-in 15-Amp Single Bevel Compound Corded Miter Saw with Laser Guide

Awesome product and great price point.

The 15 A motor delivers reliable power for cutting framing lumber, trim, and boards — no bogging down on standard wood types, also it’s clearly accurate with the laser marker, great product.

workhorse and accurate

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My hitachi saw had a good 25 year run. Made lots of money and a few years ago got this metabo equivalent. I like it very much and they both will get handed down in 30 years

Outstanding Performance

I have been using this miter saw for a couple of years and haven't found any reason to complain. The 36 volt system adds not just the convenience of portability, it assures plenty of cutting power. I've cut everything from pine, birch, aspen, fir, and maple to red oak without issue. As with any saw blade selection is critical to the quality and speed of your cuts. Blade changes are quick and easy taking only a couple of minutes. I've read criticisms of this saw regarding dust collection. The fac...

Great portable saw

Great saw

Finally used the saw over the weekend, and I was not disappointed.

Compound miter a well used tool for projects

The compound miter is a great, tool for home projects, it is very versatile and easy to bring mobile anywhere with me.

Well designed and performing saw

I khave had this saw now for over a year, and next to my old saw this is light-years ahead of that one. The positionof the slide rails lets me move the table closer to the wall. The laser light was easy to align and does not get out of alignment. the adjustments are easy to align. I have had 4 miter saws and this is absolutely the best saw I have had. Wouldn't buy another brand period!

Still busting it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This compound miter saw from Metabo has been doing it's job for almost 6 years now and still busting it! I love it.

Awesome product

Man this tool is so light comfortable to use. Super reliable and durable on the toughest days this tool is a beast. Would highly recommend. Metabo is the new Milwaukee!!

Super tool.

I’ve used this for many different projects in my garage workshop and it has always performed very well for what I needed it to do.

Tried and true

For simple straightforward cuts, this saw gets right to it. A straight line, rarely needs adjustment and has the power to get through all sorts of material. The dust extraction ain’t great but this is a saw that belongs outside at a job site most of the time.

Wonderful saw!

I've been using this saw for a while now, and I absolutely love it. Accurate cuts, easy to use, and plenty of cutting power.

Great Saw

Great saw, compact, accurate, smooth cuts, battery last for a long time.

Light weight

I owned now for a year. Great saw to take on the job site. Light weight, easy to carry

Light and tough!!

I received this miter saw 2 weeks ago and I’ve used it almost every day since I bought it. I really like the 51 degree option. The only problem I have found is that you have to anchor it down because it is that light. I would recommend this saw to anyone.

High Quality Saw, Low Low Price!

One thing about DYI is that you need quality tools. This 10” Metabo Mitre Daw is one such tool! It cuts with ease and the markers are dead on! Though I have limited skills at this point, this saw more than makes up for it!
