Would Not RecommendPurchased Feb 2026 and 6 months later water pours out of bottom of washer causing damage in laundry room and to hardwood floors. Called Maytag customer service next morning and still no return call 8 days later. We have called 3x asking for status but each time we are told our issue will be escalated and to expect a callback in 3 days. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Does NOT clean your clothes
Would Not RecommendClothes still come out dirty AND smelling bad. The dryer came broken, so barely even making the return window. I will not buy or recommend again!
Don't waste your money
Would Not RecommendIt stopped working within 6 months. Just putting in a couple of beach towels unbalanced the machine. We had it serviced three times and the machine still stops right before it spins so our clothes on the bottom are soaking wet and the ones on top are dry. It's made with cheap, plastic parts.
