Stopped working after 4 months of use.

Simply stopped working. Scheduling service has been a nightmare with service taking close to a month to respond for in home service. Would love to simply return the product for a full refund.

Great Maytag

Always had a Maytag. This one has a pet hair removal, and with two dog sit works. It was also nice that it came with two SS hoses. They also did a price match. Nice to shop at Lowes.

Don't buy

This washing machine is horrible. It won't spin out blankets or sheets. Because it has a floating basket you are supposed to pile the laundry or it won't spin out correctly (according to the service man who came out). So this means you can't just wash one blanket or set of sheets and then when I try to wash two sets, it's really too big for the washer. Multiple times I have had to wring out blankets and sheets by hand and then attempt the spin cycle on the washing machine. Sometimes it will spin...

Low Quality Repetitive Problem

I am very disappointed with this washer and do not recommend it to others. In first fews months of purchase, we have already had two repairs for same lid lock issue. It is also shown online as a repetitive problem for others. In addition, this washer has water filling, hence cleaning, issues. Plus, it is already rusting. Forget the Pet Hair function

This washer works fine. The large tub is very nice with our multi-generational family. The pet hair function is a huge RIP OFF. It does not collect pet hair. It collects a little bit of lint. Save your money and just buy the regular machine.

Smart Features are not so smart

Spin cycle very sensitive

On the whole this washing machine works fine. However, when washing blankets the spin cycle becomes out of balance very easily and the machine just stops functioning. Unfortunately, when you stop the machine to readjust the weight the entire wash cycle starts all over again. The only way to avoid that is to set the dial to spin and rinse. I hate this machine

After having this machine for a week’s time, it will not drain properly. It stops at drain and spin and will not finish the cycle.

Replaced old with new

Replaced our old Maytag Commercial washer with this one. Quieter, rinse cycle eliminates much more water before clothes going to the dryer, new pet hair feature actually works well.

The machine is a lot louder than the old machine but it works much better. Happy with my purchase.

Great features

I bought this a month ago and have been happy with my purchase. Cleans well and has plenty of space and isn’t loud.

Maytag/Whirlpool Extended Warranty and Parts Trap

Lowe's is GREAT. Whirlpool/Maytag are the worst. PetPro Washer purchased from Lowe's built in 2022 recently stopped working, Lowe's did great with the install and set-up.
