A Nightmare To Use!

A waste of water, electricity, and my time. Delicate cycle is not a delicate cycle. Clothes came out terribly wrinkled. Machine cannot balance wash adequately. repeats adding water, agitating wash several times without success. I had to physically redistribute wash in the basket to get the machine to spin out rinse water. A horrible product. The machine controls the user, not the other way around. Do not buy.

Just one issue

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, the washer works very well and I like the glass lid on the top. The only issue we are experiencing is on the Heavy Duty cycle. The clothes are sopping wet at the end of the cycle.

Guys this washer is so great Quit / gets clothes clean My wife and I love it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far this appliance is amazing great agitation, the capacity is great so far everything I have washed has been more than adequate space left, so far I've used it for around 3 weeks and seems great as far as durability I prefer to have more time to determine adequately.

Disappointed

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) The main reason I bought a top loader rather than afront loader was to get a simpler more robust machine. That does not seem to be the case. This one seems to have all the complex electronics of load sensing and auto cycle selection as a front loader, but the large basket , which is good for large bulky items, often goes out of balance and must be re-arranged manually or it just keep going with more rinses for hours. I Hate This Machine!!!

It agitates the whole time its filling with water which takes FOREVER!! It begins agitating as soon as it starts to fill with barely any water in it. It agitates SLOW! When it finally does fill it's NOT ENOUGH WATER!!! It then moves to the "Wash" cycle which is only a few minutes????? I washed my dog's bed cover to test it out and it still STUNK like my dog. My old machine washed it and there was NO SMELL/LAUNDRY SOAP SMELL!! I believe the problem lies with not enough water and not enoug...

So far so good!

It is a little loud while the water is running...but everything comes out nice and clean and smelling great! I really lie the ability to pick water level and that you can just run the faucet to rinse something.

Like the Features

Dependable brand

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife and I love the new washer. It’s our third Maytag in almost 40 years. The agitator gets our clothes really clean. We also love being able to wash large blankets at home.

load Washer

Just received this washer yesterday and was told when I bought it that it wasn't loud. This machine is very loud.

Great machines for for people of certain ages, not

Perfect simple washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I haven't yet been able to find. A reasonable washing cycle. That doesn't take. Enormous amounts of water or enormous amounts of time? . It does seem to do a reasonable job of handling out of balance conditions. But not being able to open the door during the filling cycle. Is also ridiculous.

Cleans well

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Have had machine for about a month. I am adjusting to it after surrendering my 30 year old Maytag washing machine. Definite changes in that length of time. The only issue was an unbalanced load which would not correct itself and caused several hours of frustration as lid would not unlock. Finally got it resolved but ….. I find some of the clothes very wrinkled after wash and need ironing.
