Filter systerm is terrible

Have had this dishwasher for almost 5 years, it has from the beginning thrown the E1 E9 codes. But we could always get it to clear, this time no, replaced the water inlet, which is IMPOSSIBLE to clean, didn't work, cleaned the filters which were barely dirty, so we assume it is the drain pump, I am pretty much over this dishwasher. Maytag is not what it use to be.

Super nice deliverymen

The guys were in time, friendly, helpful and super sweet! I had them leave it in the box because my son-in-law wants to install it for me. So I don't know yet how well the appliance works but I'm trusting the brand and the store!

Dead on Arrival

Just bought this dishwasher due to the amount of positive reviews on Lowe’s website. Delivery was good, got here on time as promised. I installed it myself and almost immediately after firing it up I got an FA-E4 trouble code. Diverter assembly failure. I assumed I screwed up something during install so I took it back out and looked it over, rechecked all connections, and everything looked good. Tried again, same code. Failed at 13 month

I am extremely disappointed with the quality and reliability of this Maytag dishwasher. At only 13 months old, the lower sump pump stopped working. A major component like this should not fail barely a year after purchasing a new appliance. Maytag was acquired by Whirlpool, and one of the reasons this is particularly frustrating is that there have been consumer reports of similar sump/circulation pump failures in Whirlpool-manufactured dishwashers. Easy to install!

Inferior and Poor purchase process! Bait and Switc

Maytag Dishwasher Does not clean as well nor doesr have the features of the Kenmore Elite it replaced! The purchasing process at Lowe’s was deceptive and a bait and switch! Appliance staff did not honor 15% discount coupon from Lowe’s and the store manager was on vacation.so could not escalate. Neither would appliance staff offer Labor Day Discount or free delivery and haul away.

First Unit Had a Leak, Replacement Is Excellent

The first dishwasher I purchased had to be returned after I discovered a pinhole leak in the drain hose. It appeared to be a manufacturing or quality-control issue with that particular unit. I exchanged it for the same model, and the replacement has been excellent. We run the dishwasher basically every night and it cleans extremely well. Product is great. Super high quality and easy to use. Lowe’s is an absolute abomination of a company. Completely run by robots and AI. No humanity left.
