Would Not RecommendJust bought this dishwasher due to the amount of positive reviews on Lowe’s website. Delivery was good, got here on time as promised. I installed it myself and almost immediately after firing it up I got an FA-E4 trouble code. Diverter assembly failure. I assumed I screwed up something during install so I took it back out and looked it over, rechecked all connections, and everything looked good. Tried again, same code. Would Not RecommendI am extremely disappointed with the quality and reliability of this Maytag dishwasher. At only 13 months old, the lower sump pump stopped working. A major component like this should not fail barely a year after purchasing a new appliance. Maytag was acquired by Whirlpool, and one of the reasons this is particularly frustrating is that there have been consumer reports of similar sump/circulation pump failures in Whirlpool-manufactured dishwashers. Its wash cycle was no longer than 30 minutes and I could hear the whooshing sound of the water power, cleaning my dishes. While some deeper cup bottoms retained a small amount of water, everything else was dry, including the interior of the dishwasher itself. Still nice. Cord too short

We’ve lived in this house 30 years. This is our third dishwasher. This just seems ridiculous that my third Maytag, the cord would not fit.
