[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After the repair was made last week, everything seems to be working fine. The dishwasher cleans thoroughly under the Normal setting and is very quiet. It also dries very well. I think and hope I am getting the "new" dishwasher I wanted

Nice but Top Rack Sucks!

This is a nice new addition to my kitchen. However, whomever made this top row must have never used a dishwasher before. Why would they make the middle part go up instead of down? Because of this you cannot use the area in the middle row this really removed a whole row from the old model. And that sucks!

Control Board malfunction after two years

Do not recommend.

Cleaning

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Makes a lot more noise than my previous Maytag. Because the agitator doesn’t seem as powerful or consistent, I don’t feel like my clothes get as clean.

Not Suitable for DIY Installation

Incredibly difficult to install, so much so that they must have designed it to be that way. Three simple hookups--power, water and drain--took me four frustrating hours, and I am pretty handy with tools. Pro installers must do it by partially disassembling the unit. Not only are the fittings practically impossible to reach, but they are also surrounded by sharp metal edges. I wish I had paid to have it installed. Also, the warranty registration process is broken and there is no card to mail...

Excellent

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] His Maytag dishwasher has plenty of room n both the top and bottom racks and are able to ease hold large pots and and stem glassware easily. The dishes usually stack orderly and neat. The dishwasher does an excellent job cleaning all items. The normal cycle is a bit long at about two hours and thirty minutes but it seems that how dishwashers are now due to government regulations. Clean and quiet

Heated dry not good

Almost perfect

Great so far

There is a little less space than our old one that it replaced, and the wash settings aren't quite as fine-grain, but that's a worthy tradeoff for the better performance and reduced noise. The stainless steel interior is also easier to clean.

Effective and efficient one hour wash!

Quiet!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far so good. It's been in about a week. Loving it so far. I like the extra room in the top rack compared to my old one (also a Maytag, lasted about 15 yrs) and how quiet it is. It cleans the dishes well and dries them all the way. No water drops anywhere.
