Magnum 2-3/4-in Wide Discus Lock Keyed Padlock

Not quite big/wide enough to fit into my cargo truck rear roll-up door latch.But it is a really secure lock.

cheap light weight

just bought this set today. Put them on my trailer and one of the locks is stuck in the open postion with the key in it. Key broke off when trying to get it closed. Exterior metal is thin and the inside rattle around.

Great locks

Love the weatherproof locks. Easy to use and a great buy. It’s worth the price especially since there is a lifetime warranty on the product.

Master Puck Style Locks

Too small for connex or snowmachine trailer swing bat latches. Smaller size below the Magnum series is weak in the carbon arch that key swivels to make it close and internal mechanisim is weak to throwbit out as your attempt to push it with the key and also hard to pull key out

One concern

After checking several lock packages, the three pack, two pack and the one pack, most had the same key code.

Perfect trailer security

Love these locks! I use them on my car / bike hauler. Thieves are unable to cut through them. Love the single key for all three locks. Makes life easier not having to figure out which key is for which lock.

Master Lock seized

The 2-3/4 in wide Master Padlock froze in winter weather. WD-40 and a single, solid, hammer-blow persuaded it to return to functionality. It found a new harm in the landfill. The holes in the padlock housing apparently allow moisture to accumulate in snowy climates, interfering with its reliability. Tape the keyway and the weep-holes if you use it on a trailer, or just carry a grinder to remove the lock.

Just what I needed to secure my cargo trailer and all keyed alike. I needed 3 locks and I got exactly what I wanted!

Triple - Sextet locks

We’re storing goods & moving using shipping containers with doors on both ends. Bought a triple, then a couple months later ordered another - went back to the store with original package with key code and found another set keyed alike - 6 in all for three containers - now when we’re trying to find things ( also color coded the doors) there enough keys for all family members to unlock and scan the shelves for tools or supplies.

Can’t Loose!

*I get disappointed of the guaranteed security because I no longer need my bolt cutters.

Storage units

These locks are a great design for storage units. Firstly it’s a hardened lock but the shape makes it very hard to get at to try to cut it. Most locks leave more room to cut your lock off. These are what you want if you rent space.
