Delivered damaged in box.

I haven't even assembled this yet. I will attempt to return and get an undamaged one although I am not certain if this is possible because they are only available delivered direct from the supplier. This one looks as if it is brand new other than the door damage. The door is dented on the interior and has a 1/4 in gap along the bottom when closed (door is slightly warped). I am unsure if this was a previously used item that the manufacturer is trying to pawn off as brand new or not.

****Avoid this brand****

Purchased this item 18 months ago and the heat pipe assembly is busted. The replacement part is never in stock and costs 25% the cost of a new smoker. The part failed just outside the 12 month warranty window.

Legs to long for my application. made my own.

Looks to be well built. Has insulated walls and door.

Good smoker

On sale at $90 off. Small and easy to use. Wood chip tray works well and holds a decent amount of chips. Door doesn't seal up great but not a big deal.

Shippers beware

Not at all the fault of the smoker company, but rather with Lowes and the shipping partners. Product aas dented on multiple sides and scraped on the front. Door has an air leak

Cheap Smoker

Several issues until it finally gave out 8 months after purchase. Heating element stopped working. Got roughly 8-10 smokes out of it. Not pleased.

Gone Bad

I've had this smoker for just over a year and now it trips my GFI outlets. No matter where it gets plugged into (even a non-GFI oulet), it'll trip my breaker. I've tried to troubleshoot it but nothing seems to work. The timing is bad because I was looking forward to smoking another turkey this year.

Works but not as advertised

I got this at the last minute to smoke some venison snack sticks and summer sausage. Would not produce smoke if under 250 degrees. Also huge manufacturering issue is there is no vent to control smoke or humidity control so basically just steamed all the products i did. The other issue is the humidity seaps between the inner and outer panels and condenses back to liquid and will run down the legs. I can imagine this will rust out very fast with water being inside it. Returned after having for 3 d...

Family-Sized Smoker, Beginner Friendly

Really happy with this smoker so far. It’s surprisingly easy to use—even if you’re new to smoking meat—and the temperature controls are pretty accurate. The size is great for family dinners or small gatherings. Cleanup is easier than I expected too. Overall, it’s a solid smoker that’s worth the price if you want good results without a huge learning curve.

Great smoker for the price.

Assembly was a breeze, good quality and features for the price range. Rack system worked well, similar to ovens. Held temp perfectly after a little adjustment as with any manual control. Ability to remove stainless steel smoke box without opening the door is the best feature.
