What Customers Are Saying
Customers praise the modern two-panel design, clean lines, and solid appearance, noting excellent value for the price. Many find installation straightforward and appreciate the lightweight handling. However, significant manufacturing defects undermine satisfaction: reviewers report inconsistent hinge mortising, misaligned strike plates, incorrect jamb widths, and uneven finishes requiring contractor repairs. Some mention thin wood construction and warped units. Despite affordability and aesthetic appeal, quality control issues force many customers to invest additional time and expense in corrections before installation.
