Goes on easy and smooths out easy
Would RecommendI bought this couple weeks ago to filling some holes and divots about a quarter inch size on my concrete slab before lay down some new flooring. It worked out pretty smooth and I was able to feather it down nicely. I then took 220 grit sandpaper to send it out even smoother so yeah you can use this to fill any spots that need to be flat and smooth. I recommend this.

Would RecommendMy husband and I just bought our first home. We ran into several unexpected issues. One of them being leveling the floor we had to rip up. This skimcoat was a no brainer. Compared to the other feather finish available, the mapei planipatch is a bargain! 25 lbs for $17?! Every bit saved matters! The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is that we wasted a quarter of the bag due to not using it in time (less than a few minutes) it does dry VERY fast but I’d still recommend!
