What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise this floor leveler for its fast-setting performance and effectiveness in creating smooth, even surfaces for laminate, LVP, vinyl, and bamboo installations. Most report excellent results filling gaps and leveling uneven concrete within a single day. Reviewers emphasize that success requires careful preparation, small batch mixing, and having all tools ready before starting, as the product hardens quickly. Some less experienced users struggle with the rapid cure time and dry lumps forming during mixing. A few note the 25-lb bag size creates waste for smaller projects. Overall, most consider it a reliable, professional-grade solution despite demanding application technique.

Would RecommendWorked good but when it says fast setting it's not kidding. First batch got hard before I was ready. The subsequent ones went better, I just had to keep moving!

Goes on easy and smooths out easy
Would RecommendI bought this couple weeks ago to filling some holes and divots about a quarter inch size on my concrete slab before lay down some new flooring. It worked out pretty smooth and I was able to feather it down nicely. I then took 220 grit sandpaper to send it out even smoother so yeah you can use this to fill any spots that need to be flat and smooth. I recommend this.

Product didn't work or it was the workmanship.
Would Not RecommendI was charged $250 for 2 pcs of this product. And then only used one bag. Awful results. Wasn't placed appropriately and didn't fan out. Extremely unhappy

Great bang for your buck!
Would RecommendMy husband and I just bought our first home. We ran into several unexpected issues. One of them being leveling the floor we had to rip up. This skimcoat was a no brainer. Compared to the other feather finish available, the mapei planipatch is a bargain! 25 lbs for $17?! Every bit saved matters! The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is that we wasted a quarter of the bag due to not using it in time (less than a few minutes) it does dry VERY fast but I’d still recommend!
