What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise this mail post for its heavy-duty construction, solid steel design, and seamless compatibility with mailboxes. Most highlight exceptional durability and sturdiness, noting the thick steel withstands harsh weather and high-traffic areas. Many appreciate the pre-drilled holes that align perfectly, requiring no additional hardware, and commend the straightforward installation process. Several customers reinforced it with concrete for added stability. A few mention minor concerns about the hollow design and potential rusting at the base, though these isolated issues do not diminish overall satisfaction. Most consider it a reliable, worthwhile investment.

Decent mailbox, annoying vendor
Would RecommendProduct is fine. The vendor sent me the wrong tracking number and it appeared it was delivered to the wrong house. Had to waste 45 minutes on the worst customer service setup with a guy with an accent like he was from west africa, just to be told they gave the wrong tracking number.

Great Mailbox
Would RecommendI ordered this mailbox and was hoping it would have been sent locally or to the nearest Lowes, but it wasn't so I had to drive a long way to pick it up, I asked Lowes that received it if they could send it to a closer store but the only option was to go get it.
