Decent mailbox, annoying vendor
Product is fine. The vendor sent me the wrong tracking number and it appeared it was delivered to the wrong house. Had to waste 45 minutes on the worst customer service setup with a guy with an accent like he was from west africa, just to be told they gave the wrong tracking number.

I ordered this mailbox and was hoping it would have been sent locally or to the nearest Lowes, but it wasn't so I had to drive a long way to pick it up, I asked Lowes that received it if they could send it to a closer store but the only option was to go get it.
