Poor Customer Service
I waited approximately ten minutes for an associate to recognize me and then I was told that she didn’t have tome to cut my keys, so I should use the self-service machine. That machine requires cash hitch I didn’t have.so after telling her that, she said, “Well , you’ll just have to wait.” She was busy, but there were other associates standing around. Eventually, I received my keys. I stayed as I was picking up an online order, or I would have left.
