What Customers Are Saying
These 5-gallon buckets are generally well-made and sturdy, suitable for storing food or using as planters. Many customers appreciate the food-grade quality, though some report the buckets are not actually food-grade as advertised. The Texas-themed design is an appealing feature for some, but not preferred by all. While an affordable option, it's important to verify the food-grade certification before purchase.

Would RecommendHeavy grade plastic is what I wanted and what I got.
State of Texas on side lids don’t fit
Would Not RecommendOkay, I figured that the company that made the 5gallon buckets could figure out how to get the lids to fit! Wrong! I’ve even used a hammer trying to get them closed NOPE! Not only that but they have a HUGE state of TEXAS on one side…WHY? I put information on the side of my buckets, now it’s tiny letters! I live in OHIO I just wanted a bucket with a that fit!!! Plan and simple! Guess it was too hard for lowes! Sheesh

Would RecommendJust what I wanted. Really like the logo on these buckets. So all American.
1 star for Lowe's, 5 star for the bucket.
Would Not RecommendHey Lowe's. It's a bucket. Why are you wasting my time by asking me to review it?
Just spend the extra money unless you don't care.
Would Not RecommendBuckets are thin and the bottom is not entirely flat. Just by weight alone they use about half the plastic of the food grade white buckets.
It’s a bucket.
It holds liquids well. I wish it had come with the lid and that didn’t ship separately in a 2x2 foot box.
Bottom flexes, but decent with that in mind
Decent bucket for the price, but the bottom has a bit of flex to it. I wouldn't trust it for really heavy loads.
