Nice features

I love the fact that I only need my finger to unlock the door and nothing for the door to lock after I leave. No more digging for my phone or keys!

Perfect for our garage entry door.

I got this to compliment our Lockly front door and it’s been great for full smart lock coverage. We added this to our garage entry door and gave all the kids fingerprint access so nobody gets locked out! It’s worked flawless.

Great little lock

I have this lock for more than 6 months now and it’s worked a treat. I use it for my garage as its separate from the house and this means i can leave it locked all the time without having to worry about grabbing my keys every time I need to go into the garage.

Fingerprint sensor needs some work.

Our previous lock and I decided to go for a smart lock that was simple enough, but also have extra functionality. The Lockly Flex gave me the option of controlling it via Bluetooth, with a fingerprint and also using a physical key. After using it for a couple of weeks, I have mixed emotions: the fingerprint sensor, 90% of the time doesn’t work for me. The lock not only is a strong one but it has the advantage of a key and biometrics plus it can be managed through a mobile app.

BAsic lock that can be matter-enabled with the add

This is a basic smart lock which is easy to install. I bought it to try because it can now be matter-enabled with Lockly's matter link. Unfortunately, this means additional expense, and the addition of a hub which kind of defeats the purpose of matter. The hub has to be quite close to the lock, so you'll probably need one for each lock, so there are better natively-enable matter locks out there. Installed this lock when our old one seemed to be failing, wasn't originally intending to get a smart lock but this is so much more convenient!

pleased with lock

like that i can go working in the yard without having keys on me. when i go around the back i know the door is locked. it's a little too sensitive to moisture and will not unlock with finger until the lock and finger are completely dry

The lock is clean and simple to use

The lock was simple to install. The look is clean and contemporary without looking outdated like a lot of technology does after just a few years. The construction is rugged for the consumer market. Operational features via physical or using mobile device make it useful for all members of family.

Great system, easy to install and use

The only thing I didn’t like is you have to activate warranty as you are finishing installing the lock, I didn’t have my proof of purchase to hand. Would like the option set up warranty within the same day.

Great product, great price

Had for a month now, the teenager kept loosing his keys... Really easy to install and configure the app, works great with 8 people, battery hasn't dropped in a month so expecting good life.

Multiple unlock features

I bought it recently to replace 20 years old conventional lock and I really liked functionality to open door in multiple ways, no need to carry keys around, either use finger print or app to open. It requires hub if you want to open remotely, but for our needs, that's not a deal breaker.
