What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise these LED panels for exceptional brightness, easy installation, and superior performance over old fluorescent fixtures. Most highlight the bright, glare-free illumination that transforms dim spaces, with adjustable lumen and color temperature options for customization. Installation is frequently cited as effortless—panels are lightweight, prewired, and fit standard drop ceilings without complex wiring. Many customers report replacing multiple fixtures throughout their homes and express strong intent to recommend or repurchase. A small number note the panels were less bright than expected or mention durability concerns, though functional failures are rare. Overall, reviewers consider these a worthwhile upgrade.

Nice LED drop ceiling lights. One was damaged!!!
Would RecommendProduct works well however one of the 4 lights I bought was damaged after my contractor opened the box and installed it in my basement drop ceiling. The light had a 10 inch crack in the LED panel. I went through all the boxes of these lights @ Lowes to try and find 4 that were in relatively decent shape.

Panels do not have a built in dimmer switch
Would Not RecommendI took a chance on these because they were on a pretty good sale. When I picked them up a couple of the boxes were damaged and the corners on a couple of the lights were also bent. First thing I noticed was they don’t actually have the external dimmer switch that Lowes has pictured which was part of why I bought them. After a while of having them installed I have noticed an intermittent slight flicker but not sure if this is an issue with the lights or my house’s wiring. Overall I might have ret...

Overall excellent, but with some issues.
Would RecommendThe store/shipping to store did not take care for the product. Box had damage corners. Product itself excellent except for the box where electrical connection is. It is not very big when your are trying to chain multiple lights together and have multiple wires that need to go into and out of the little box. I chose to purchase other outlet boxes to handle the connections.

Lowes associates should have handled these better!
Would Not RecommendI have bought other lights from this company and Lowes with 5 star reviews. I bought 10 of these lights and have opened 7. The first 5 are dented and bent on the frame, 1 has a hole in the light panel. I installed the sixth light and the LED bulbs are touching the bottom panel causing it to have a spotted light. Not happy with this experience.

Color temperature is NOT switchable.
I called lithonia lighting because I couldn't find a temperature switch on the fixture. They confirmed that this model's temperature is NOT switchable. The pictures on Lowe's website says otherwise. The fixtures seem to be fine except the individual LEDs are visible which is what in trying to avoid.
