Leaves residue all over the drum and clothes
Would Not RecommendGot this on Aug 8th, 3 days ago and followed the directions for the first use. I noticed when it finished that it has a weird residue all over the drum. Did a load of clothes and they felt funny and so did my hands after. So I did a rinse and spin which didn’t help. Same thing tonight and the drum had streaks of whatever it is especially around the top of the drum. I know not to use a lot of detergent and no or very little fabric softener. Guess I will call LG and see what they can do

Would RecommendFirst off the customer service, installation and delivery was outstanding. Lowes, you are doing great! The gentlemen delivering were exceptional. I had to hire a plumber to replace both valves so my plumber came the same night and did that. Lowes was able to come back the very next day and install and haul away the old one. The washing machine is a dream, cleans well, fast washes which is great since our laundry piled up. Thank you Lowes and LG!
