Easy to use well made

Very nice machine spin cycle almost drys clothes it works so well

Good value for the money.

We wanted to trade up from our old front loader and this washer was the ticket. Machine is easy to use, fairly quiet and reasonably priced.

Machine goes crazy if the load gets unbalanced

Makes a person want to go back in time to when a washing machine had a manual setting and would just run (and maybe if the load got too unbalanced would stop and maybe sound an alarm to rebalance and you could continue from where it left off. Our machine is the impeller version and for a machine that has some "smart functions" it has some "stupid reactions" when it senses an unbalanced load. Not able to use

Washer was delivered and installed by Lowes. Drain hose coming from washer is cracked and leaking water every where first day of delivery. Lowes customer service said I had to go through lg warranty and I cant be without a washer so stuck paying for new hose and fixing it myself.

Pleased with this LG model

I have had this new LG Washer for three weeks and am very pleased with the large capacity, washing options, and how quietly it operates. After using the washer frequently over this time period I found the clothes to be very clean but treated gently during the washing cycle. Stay Away

We have had this machine for two years now. It has been nothing but headaches. I have to watch the machine like a hawk because it has a propensity to overfill. Other times it uses so little water a good chunk of the laundry load stays dry. We keep contacting LG but none of these issues have been covered by warranty. I follow all of the care and use instructions diligently. I love having a top load machine, but will never buy this brand again.

Great Everyday Washer for a Family

We’ve had this washer for over a year and use it pretty much every day with kids at home. I really like the top-load design, it has plenty of capacity, and it has done a great job with our everyday laundry. Smart Diagnosis Function Didn’t Work

They smart that was dysfunction did not work even though it's clearly displayed on the model I made multiple attempts called multipleSupport people from LG and followed their directions several times and still didn't work very disappointed in that last of the future seem to be OK

Not so good.

The washing cycle of the LG is deficient. It does not fully revolve the clothing from top to bottom. Many pieces stay at top all the time and some don't even get wet. Spinning of heavy bedding pieces is terrible.

Great capacity short lived suspension

We bought this machine due to the large capacity needs however did not realize that it really can't handle large capacities because it's suspension is not made for that there's no room after seven months of use the spin kept failing And shaking discovered that there was damage to the suspension And we had to Get it replaced with another washing machine after seven months

Great Freatures

I'm not sure why the negative reviews.. I just got my washer and dryer 2 weeks ago and LOVE THEM BOTH !! no issues and no problems if you just do some research(you tube) and read the manual you would honestly be surprised at how well this machine washes the clothes etc... speed wash is a excellent cycle to use for reg load ... do not overload do sperate loads and YES You can add more water if needed but the washer cycles pretty much knows how much water it needs to use
