Would Not Recommendyes you read that right. the chime can NOT be turned off. Its loud and obnoxious. Not just a little normal ding. it plays a LOUD and long tune and can not be disabled. Crazy i know.

Would Not RecommendI bought two of these for my home, one works fine. One does not. For the price of a washer, you'd want better odds than that. I have not found LG service to be helpful so far. They insist the noise one of them makes is normal. I would usually buy that, except that I have another one that totally is fine, so I know the difference.

Would Not RecommendJust a heads up this review is for Lowe's logistics, including XDT. The actual delivery people and customer service in store are great. We needed to change the set, and were told to refuse delivery. Instead, we have spent 12 hours trying to sort this out and have been charged for 2.5 sets, having only received the correct one. We are now in our 13th hour of trying to resolve this. The machine itself is nice, but buy it from somewhere else!
