What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise this washer for exceptional cleaning performance, near-silent operation, and innovative smart features. Most highlight how clothes emerge noticeably cleaner, the machine handles large bulky items effortlessly, and wash cycles run significantly faster than older models. Many appreciate the intuitive interface, customizable settings, automatic detergent dispenser, and AI functionality that adjusts water and temperature based on load size. Would Not RecommendJust a heads up that many of the non-white LG washers and dryers cannot be touched despite what the sales people say. The black stainless scratches very easily. In addition, Lowe’s uses a third party to deliver and set up the appliances. If they damage anything in your home or the appliances, they begin pointing the finger at each other and a person is basically on their own. With AI screening calls, it is extremely frustrating to correct anything. In hindsight, we made a big mistake pur...

Very Good Washer
Would RecommendOverall very happy with the performance and the quality of the washer. The only negative issue is that the auto dispenser stopped working properly after a few months! So we are using it in manual mode only.

It Can Handle It!
I wanted a bigger capacity washer, but in the same or smaller footprint, and this delivers! It's 5 cubic feet and I can now wash my large towels and my sheets at the same time! The machine is quiet, has a very quiet drainage, spin, and vibration, and is just overall quiet! I also love the jingle when it has completed the cycle! So far it's been outstanding!

Doing the Right Thing Matters
Would Not RecommendMy husband and I recently purchased a new LG washer and dryer from the Lowe’s store in Erie, Colorado for our new home in Texas. We chose Lowe’s because we trusted that if there were ever an issue with a major appliance purchase, the company would stand behind both the product and the customer experience. Unfortunately, that has not been our experience - far from it. When we purchased the washer and dryer, the salesperson placed the order for us. At no point during the purchase were we informe...
