Ratings & Reviews for LG 6 Motion Technology Stackable Large ( 5-cu ft ) Front Load Washer ( White )

Questionable Practices

Just a heads up that many of the non-white LG washers and dryers cannot be touched despite what the sales people say. The black stainless scratches very easily. In addition, Lowe’s uses a third party to deliver and set up the appliances. If they damage anything in your home or the appliances, they begin pointing the finger at each other and a person is basically on their own. With AI screening calls, it is extremely frustrating to correct anything. In hindsight, we made a big mistake pur...

Great future

I bought two weeks ago so happy

Very Good Washer

Overall very happy with the performance and the quality of the washer. The only negative issue is that the auto dispenser stopped working properly after a few months! So we are using it in manual mode only.

Look good

Good

Love the washer and dryer

Purchased for family extremely happy with product and customer service!!

Doing the Right Thing Matters

My husband and I recently purchased a new LG washer and dryer from the Lowe’s store in Erie, Colorado for our new home in Texas. We chose Lowe’s because we trusted that if there were ever an issue with a major appliance purchase, the company would stand behind both the product and the customer experience. Tech-enabled modern looking washer

Washer is quiet and has many value-add features including soap auto-dispenser, scheduling via phone app, several different cycles and notification options.

If you’re on the fence, I highly recommend

This washer is the best washer I have ever had. I have owned several LG appliances and this washer is smart, and has an AI setting. Let’s my phone know when the washer cycle is complete. Let me know when it’s time to clean it. It looks clean amazing I am so happy with his purchase and I would highly recommend.

Quiet AI machine

Love the AI setting and can use powder detergent.

Gets the job done

Sleek and modern design. Perfect for my space and the quality of the wash is immaculate.

Leaks from day one - Trying to get them to fix

We’ve had the unit for 7 months and it leaked from day one, during the wash cycle. We contacted LG and they sent out a repair man. He didn’t know how to solve the problem, he said we needed to adjust amount of soap, we cut the amt in half and it did not resolve. We’re on our third attempt to get LG to resolve… We ended up putting a pan under the unit so we continued to use it. Everytime we called they put us thru the same process of starting the unit and describing where the leak was. So...

This machine has a great capacity, no vibration or noise. It has plenty of cycles to choose from and it is easy to use.
