Would Not RecommendWe HATE/DESPISE this refrigerator! The top freezer hang too far down - BLOCKS THE TOP SHELF VIEW of refrigerator. NO DRAWER in refrigerator like my old Kenmore which we loved. VERY UPSET that we have to stand 4 feet away, bend your body half way to the floor to see top shelf holding door open. Also, this refrigerator stick nearly 3 inches too far into room! We were moving other things in house and had not dealt with refrigerator until days after delivery. At a glance, while we were busy, we t...

Timely delivery. Persons delivery very efficient.
Stopped Working After 6 Months
Would Not RecommendFreezer portion worked well - fridge portion packed up. After several months of multiple attempted repairs and no refrigerator next followed a unique to me warranty process - LG eventually refunded my money. Appliances don't last like they use to - regardless of brand. Good luck.

Delivery Men - Beyond Awesome!
Would RecommendI rate these 2 delivery men, Fredy & Carlos, not a #10, but a #12 rating. They were AWESOME; could not have been nicer. They were careful with my furniture, flooring, timely, professional, friendly, smiling, and went over and above the average delivery experience. Lowes should be proud to have these two men represent Lowes in such a positive way.
