Worked great 'til it did'nt!

Loved this range for less than 5 months until the two left burners stopped working. I spoke with LG; a service company called the same day and left a message. Service folks said they were giving info to a technician and would get back to me in 24-48 hours. It's almost a week later and nothing is happening. Service company is not responding to my calls or texts. Very poor service.

Quick and steady sheet to the range burners and a nice consistent cook with the oven.

Better than gas!

Was forced into buying an electric stove so decided to give induction a shot - blessing in disguise. The temp control is insane on this thing. It boils and heats up food so fast!

Induction great, convection not so great

Love the look, cleaning of the cooktop, induction, but hate the oven. Convection doesn't work at all: heat and fan but the items never get baked. So we'll use the regular oven. Nothing gets done in the time it's supposed to be done with many dishes taking twice as long. That's up from 30 minutes to 60 minutes. We just want to eat! When baking anything on a sheet it has to be rotated half way through because the back of the oven is hotter. Air frying is okay but not quick or great. I'm very, very...

I switched from a gas range to this induction range and I’m very happy with how it works and the easy cleanup.

Happy with LG Induction stove

The stove is exactly as I ordered. Delivery was prompt, and the installation went smoothly. The unit is attractive and very functional. We are very glad to have the induction burners.

Easy range to adjust too. Poorly displayed digital

Like having knobs for burners instead of digital. Induction burners heat pan quickly which is good but must keep a close eye on the item because can cook quicker than expected if not used to induction. One negative is the digital panel that operates the oven has markings that are too dark to read easily. That is poorly designed and a constant irritation.

Poor LG support

A month after we purchased this range we started having issues with the elements not staying on. We've had a ticket open with them for weeks trying to get someone to come repair it. Last week they called and closed the original ticket because "it looked bad to be open this long." Now I'm being asked to provide proof of purchase again so they can start the whole process over. Would definitely not recommend an LG product to anyone.
