Craft ice maker consistently goes out.
I’m happy with my refrigerator with the exception of the Craft ice maker. The Craft ice maker has broken twice in 9 months. LG has replaced it both times but it seems to be an on going issue.

Quit cooling after 2 years
Would Not RecommendRefrigerator stopped cooling after 2 years. Freezer works. Had repair person out 3 times. Replaced the fan. $600 later, refrigerator is kaput.

The ice maker has been malfunctioning since shortly after the purchase. The internal buttons to control the ice maker and other functions has not been fully functional since just a few weeks after install. The unit itself feels unsteady and wobbly and the installers were unable to stabilize it as well as any other refrigerators I have previously owned. The door ice maker and water work well. the design of the interior of the refrigerator is very well planned with shelf placement.

Beautiful "New" fridge that only worked 2 months out of 4 months. Freezer stopped freezing and refrigerator stopped cooling. After many failed attempts to resolve the problem, finally issued a refund.

Would Not RecommendLowes told me that if I spend $2500 or more, they would give me next-day delivery. That was a Total Lie. They gave me a time and then did not deliver and told me they would reschedule for another day...even though I met all the requirements to get it the next day.
