everything works fine

I am very dissatisfied with the ice making choices. The craft ice only makes ice in the 3 ball mode. I have toggled the control panel from 3 to 6, but it does not produce and defaults back to 3. Waiting 12-18 hours for 3 balls of ice is too long. The mini ice is too small and does not last long enough. I have resorted to emptying the ice from the door down to the craft ice bin in the freezer. Had I realized this I would not have purchased.

Refrigerator delivery & Setup

Loved that they worked diligently to get the unit hooked up, hose hooked up for water & ice (very challenging area to thread the hose through) and the old unit removed.

Does not work

They delivered the refrigerator but did not set the temp or ice. When the refrigerator finally worked, it leaked from the water dispenser and did not make ice until several days later. Install was hurried and quick as the delivery men needed to move quickly. So disappointed with the delivery team and the quality of the refrigerator.

Freezer is atrocious

Freezer drawer freezes up on sliders - does not produce craft ice - have complained before without results

Nice appliance

Getting used to the new features. User Guide doesn't show all the features in detail i.e. the door ice maker. we had difficulty removing the loaded ice bucket as the ice had packed in tight. Finally empty the bucket to start a new load.

Great fridge except for the craft ice maker

As a refrigerator/ freezer it is great. This specific model was purchased for the craft ice maker. The craft ice is great when the ice maker is functional. We are now on our third ice maker as the design appears to be faulty. Ice will get stuck in the mold and water will just shoot into your freezer each time the ice maker goes through a cycle. Lg just keeps replacing with the same ice maker so it’ll be an endless cycle until warranty expires.

Arrived with a dent

My brand new $3k+ fridge has a dent. This is my dream fridge & all I can see is the dent. It's not a large dent, bu it's still a ding dang dent.

Freezer fans

Purchased this in 2024 after 24 months the freezer air fans died and because it is longer than 1 year LG told me it will cost 500 to fix the fans. For a 3000 refrigerator you would think the fans would last longer than 1 year.

LG is junk

Water spills around the cups on my floor when I switch it to ice. LG does not want to fix it. Highly not recommended to buy from LG.
