Can't get Service

Purchased on 8-5-2026 and reported water leak just over 30 days later. Followed recommendations and it is still leaking. A service call is in progress, but they have not located anyone in our area to service it. What happened to true customer service. Why haven't I been offered a replacement. It's a NEW fridge!!!

Not what I wanted

I bought this item because the description said it has a light in the freezer and no other refrigerator of this type does. When it was delivered there was no light in the freezer. If I can't find another refrigerator that does, I'll have to keep this one, but if that's the case I could have bought a much cheaper one. I'm very disappointed in Lowe's.

Barely 30 days old

Water 💦 s leaking onto my hardwood floor and the best they can tell me is to unplug for 24-48 hours to defrost and see if this fixes it. $1000 and 30 days later, this is unacceptable.

A great refrigerator!

This refrigerator is just what we needed. We can put so many more items in both the freezer and refrigerator and it keeps everything fresh.

I bought this refrigerator for our new home. We were fatigued with the French style and freezer-on-bottom styles not having enough freezer space. We are happy with the quality ans capacity of this product.

Horrible installation, my third one from Lowes

Refused to install ice maker. Did not speak a word of English. Was not in a company truck or have any company ID. So I have a half installed refrigerator, waited all day for them to show up. Now I have to take a SECOND day OFF OF WORK to wait around all day. FOR AN ICE MAKER! Seriously? I had a horrible floor installation from Lowe's, now this, won't be purchasing from y'all again.

Bad Refrigerator

We purchased the new refrigerator and about 7 days after we had it the thing started leaking water. An LG certified repair person came and inspected it. The unit was defective and had to be replaced. It apparently had a crack of some kind inside it that could not be repaired. Not a good experience.

i hate this refrigerator. Info on Lowes website is wrong. Loews employee lied to me. Conversation with mfgr not helpful. Will not purchase appliances from Lowes again. Installer damaged my wall by pushing refrigerator too far back, I am elderly and cannot move the refrigerator away from the wall.

Quality

I think the unit runs constantly and during some part of the cycle it is noisy, We save some of the part to the old fridge as this did not have a deli draw. The overall quality of the unit is what you pay for.

I purchased the Refrigerator on July 31, 2006. Very disappointed with the service of Lowes, the delivery guys said they could not install it because there was copper tubing, which was attached to the old refrigerator that was going to be hauled away. They didn't even attempt to try., they left the refrigerator in my den, my biggest mistake. It was rescheduled to be installed again, a week later. I realized I didn't have the ice maker, which I suppose it was left on the delivery truck. Again...
