LG fridge Life is no good with this LG

I had to return first one delivered and now the second one has a leak in the bottom drawer. I have called 10 times this morning to get someone on the phone. They just answer and say hold for the past 30 minutes.

LOTS of room and compartments. Door beeps if left

Still new to us but like it so far. The only negative is the ice is only made at the top where ice and water are and it is not a lot of ice. I try to dump it and store in compartment in freezer for when I need more than it’s proving.

Purchased this LG Refrigerator to replace similar refrigerator that was over 16 years old. First, Sales person at the Lowe's location in Porters Neck, (Wilmington NC was very, very knowledgeable about the product , (and being a appliance store owner in Tennessee for years) was very surprised of her knowledge and friendliness. Fly fridge

Third one I’ve had. All are still going strong. 7 years 5 years and this one. Built like a tank!

Pleased so far

We had this refrigerator delivered about a week ago to replace a similar whirlpool model that had died after about 15 years. So far we are very pleased. It has a ton of usable space and a well designed ice maker that doesn't take up any shelf space. Aesthetically it looks nice. No issues with Lowe's delivery and installation, and we were able to get benefit of sale when the price dropped a few days after our purchase. Only minor nit is that the inside could be brighter.

Improved design and materials over last LG

seems much improved from the last one we bought. stouter shelves and bins. Layout inside refrigerator seems to be more flexible and spacious than our last LG. The outside ice and water dispenser is also improved with its height and tray.

This refrigerator has so much room! So spacious. Cools well. The water and ice dispenser are excellent

Scratch at the body of the refrigerator

There is a scratch at the front door side of the refrigerator. Please advise.

We just bought this side by side with ice and water maker we love all LG products we own two homes and have both side by sides as well as one gas and one electric stove LG is the best

Water Taste Bad

The water taste horrible we have dumped water multiple times went to Lowes and they were no help said to call LG! Just had it delivered last Thursday.

we have had this new refrigerator since 8/21/2026/. No ice, ever. LG says they have no repairman in the area and will have to get someone in area to accept repair order. So far, nothing. I would steer clear of LG products from now on.

I bought this refrigerator 2 weeks ago. Very spacious. I love the stainless steel color.
