Don’t do it

First experience is a broken product and weak ability to understand the issue .. the web app is even weaker given it does not read current temp and record but just provides the setting expected .. worst experience of anything I have ever purchased .. further now ……in week 7 I still have no response , no ETA to replace this device (brand new never worked ), and no ability to cool anything for a family of 5 l

I have had this frig for 2 years and after about 3 mo, it makes ice about 6 cubes for 12 hours.

Stay away from this brand

We bought this refrigerator brand new from the store for our new house and loved the way it looked, but within 8 months the door ice maker started leaking, then the fridge wouldn’t keep a good temperature. In the first 12 months we got the E IF code which indicated ice maker fault. I don’t not recommend this brand or product. DO NOT BUY!!!! AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!

The craft ice maker quit working the day after the warranty expired. The evaporator quit working next. I had the fan replaced and it lasted about a year before it quit again. Then the compressor started making noise. I’ll never buy LG again!

The minor problems have been 1- the door closes too fast and I needed to adjust the door to fix the door flap. 2-The ice maker in the door occasionally clogs with ice. It does a great job maintaining the temperature.

LG - not the best

Door Ice Maker stopped working exactly 1 year and 1 month... 1 month after the warranty expired. We always have issues with LG appliances, especially refrigerators. This is the last LG appliance we will buy. They are a little bit cheaper for a reason.

Looks good but horrible product

I've had this refrigerator for one year and 4 months and had it break down on me! Ice maker doesn't work and refrigerator not keeping things cold and water coming out all over my floor!!!!!

Excellent freezer, but warranty is poor

Purchased recently and had to replace the ice maker in the freezer. It was not covered by the warranty.

Great refridgerator

I bought this refrigerator a year and a half ago and have been really pleased with it so far. It's pretty spacious for being a counter-depth fridge. I've managed to stuff a whole Costco Pumpkin Pie in there and still have room for leftovers. If I have any complaints, it's that the fridge didn't come with an egg bin or a butter garage.
