Unacceptable Door Finish
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very disappointed with this LG refrigerator that I bought 3 months ago. Ordinary souvenir magnets left visible marks and tiny scratches on the doors that won’t come off with the recommended soap and water. I’ve never experienced this with previous refrigerators. After 2 weeks of waiting for LG support to assess the issue, there is still no resolution. The fridge appearance is awful No complains about the fridge by itself

Cheap and Defective
Would Not RecommendMy LG MAX counter-depth refrigerator was delivered a week ago. The freezer is developing significant snow-like frost buildup throughout the compartment and on food packages. The components and materials are ridiculously flimsy and cheap. There are no handles on the doors. The slightest bump creates a permanent dent.

Looks great, very roomy
Would RecommendDelivery crew was fast and efficient. Only had it a couple days so far but very quiet compressor and much more spacious than our old side-by-side fridge
