good fridge,spacious

We owned the refrigerator for less than 4 years and it stopped cooling and couldn’t be repaired. The repairman that came said it was the second of this model he had tried to fix in a week.

LG Light in door Refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] LG REFRIGERATOR WITH LIGHT ON DOOR. Great service with free filter and computer update.

We love the fridge. Until the compressor went out on it. We had a repair man come out and tell us the compressor was going out. We contacted LG and their repair replaced the compressor. The LG repair was rude, suggesting we had something to do with the compressor going bad. Not nice and and he was condescending.

It’s fine until???

It was working well for 4 years and quit cooling fridge and freezer. LG replaced compressor today and said to wait 24 hours. I will wait and see if it works.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My refrigerator is 15 months old. The fan went out this week 3 months after warranty. My ice maker fan went out 2 days later. I will not buy LG again.

Love it

It very good and I love the tap on the glass to see you drink and the easy it is to clean it.

Not a good purchase

The water filter was stuck in automatic bypass mode when we purchased it. We did not realize it until we went to change the filter. It was dry like no water ever went through the filter. We had to have it serviced.

Great refrigerator.

I didn't think I would like the instant view door but it is very handy for water bottles. The dual ice maker is also nice. Great unit.

worst appliance i have ever owned

i will NEVER buy another LG appliance ever. purchased OCT 2022. broken fan, spoiled all food 13m later. 7m after THAT, broke again. currently its at 52F. and the earliest i can get someone out to repair is 4 days from now. BUY THE WARRANTY if for the only reason to get your money for all the spoiled food you will have. LG should be ashamed for putting out something as poor quality as this junk.

Finish failure black stainless

Would not buy again!

We bought this refrigerator and had it delivered March 1, 2021. The past week we noticed the freezer was not making much ice. The following day all of the food was thawed and mushy. LG did send out a repairman the next business day and the repair(bad compressor) was replaced under the warranty, which was good. But we had to throw away $300-400 worth of food from a refrigerator that was less than 3 years old. I would not recommend this to an enemy much less a friend. Very disappointed a $27...
