We bought this unit 3 years ago and both lower and middle racks have coating splitting. rust coming thru!!!!

2 years old and the racks are rotting & splitting

We bought all LG appliances for our brand new kitchen and two years in they are all garbage. The racks on the top and bottom of our dishwasher are rotting at the joints and some have already split and completely broken. I would never buy these products again.

Makes washing dishes easier in more than one way

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this dishwasher for 3 months and the rinse dispenser will not hold the rinse agent at all. After 3 tries to fix it, it still runs out as fast as you pour it in. Since it cannot dispense the rinse agent, my dishes look dirty even after being washed. I wish I hadn’t bought it. I must say I have 2 other LG products that I am pleased with.

Good But Not As Good As Prior LG Dishwasher

The setup on this dishwasher with regard to the racks is not as good as our prior LG model. The bottom rack does not have as many rows so items like cookie sheets and frying pans cannot be set upright to allow more room for other dishes without flopping over on the other dishes. The middle rack tines are more angled so it is also not as efficiently set up as our older model. Silent Cleaner

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent dishwasher, almost as good as my wife!! Extremely quiet. I went to make coffee one morning and thought I heard water running somewhere it shouldn't be in the kitchen but it was so faint...turns out, it was the dishwasher! Even running on heavy it barely made a noise.

2 time in 2 years we have to fixed it

Last time we had a problem with code nE vario motor trouble. Spend $200 and now it happened again. I am better get better one like Whirlpool and spend a little more then spending every year $200. Lg is the worth costumer service ever

Broke after 18 months

The motor and electronic dash both malfunctioned after a year and a half. Good thing we bought the protection plan! Lowes had to issue a refund because the parts were on a long backorder. We won't be going with this model again. Maybe we just got a lemon, but I wouldn't take the risk again. Worked great in the beginning and was super quiet, but then got VERY loud, started grinding, and the electronic dash started malfunctioning. Just not very reliable.

Needs service already not even 1 year old

After service came out weeks later to repair under warranty with parts that we are still waiting for on order. I’m still waiting for a working dishwasher. Top Panel is a major flaw

When this dishwasher is actually working, it cleans pretty well. Unfortunately, this is the second time in 3.5 years that the top panel has cracked for no clear reason, which completely negates its ability to power on, much less run a cycle. No matter where the issue occurs along the top bar, it disables ALL the buttons and functionality. Reading online, this is apparently a common issue. Major, major design flaw.

Nice at first, now won't turn on..

We have had this dishwasher for about 3 years and now it won't even turn on. It is getting power, done everything all the research suggest to troubleshoot, but nothing. Highly disappointed.
