Would Not RecommendYou will see a lot of reviewers have the exact same complaint. The bottom rack does not stay on the track. It repeatedly comes off the track and will not slide in and out.
Major leaking
This dishwasher was installed on 6/19/26. With in a few days it began leaking profusely out the front of the door. The installer hired by Lowes said it was a defective machine. The installer company said we had to contact the manufacturer. The manufacturer said they would have a technician call. So far, no call. No dishwasher. Not happy.

Would Not RecommendHonestly regret purchasing this dishwasher. It is poor at drying . Everything’s always wet after a completed cycle. Seems like it fits way fewer dishes than our old GE even though it’s the same size. Bottom rack slides off all the time. Already had 1 wheel break on the bottom rack after 2 months. Wish I would have purchased another GE. It’s quiet. That’s about the only positive I have to say.
It leaves moisture after 2 hours of cleaning. The lower rack once it’s loaded is hard to push inside.

After one load the wheel broke
Disappointed that after running one load I was not able to pull out the bottom rack. The front wheel had broken. Hopefully the company will replace it without issue. It was installed on Wednesday and it is only Friday.

Very quiet and an excellent choice
Would RecommendVery quiet and I love the third and the adjustable top rack. There is the issue with the bottom rack coming off track once dishes are loaded, but it’s a minor issue. I was aware of the possible issue before I purchased it because I read the reviews. It’s a minor issue in my opinion and I think for the price and it had all the features I wanted it was an excellent option. I’m am very happy with my purchase and I would recommend it.
