Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced received three different sets of appliances each one had issues when they arrived. It took almost 2 weeks to finally get clients that worked.

Over complicated and subpar
Every time you turn on the dryer it asks you to press it. okay button to dismiss notifications that are useless. It's got "AI" to detect wetness and it's never right, constantly finding wet towels.

Defective
Defective from the start! The first load of about 7 middle weight bath towels, five hand towels, and a few washcloths had the drum banging around and bulging out the side denting it. The drum belt must have not been attached during assembly. The drum even twisted to seal!
