I'm very happy with the blinds. its the install that has been a nightmare. the installer showed up and installed blinds that were uneven, hung at an angle were coming out of the wall, put 2 brackets on one side and one on the other. put extra screws in the wall to hold the brackets. when I said I was not happy. was told by the installer that he did what his boss told him to do. 4 days later lowes asked how my bl8nds were. after I called the minute the insta...
