Easy to install, BUT…..

Only 1 user is allowed to remotely connect with the lock, unless you purchase a Home Pod. There’s another $299 dollars!

NOT RELIABLE

This is my first bluetooth lock experience. I wanted to love it, but it is not always dependable. I will lock the door, hear the chime, and then suddenly is unlocks itself. SCARY, right! Auto unlock has not worked well for me either, I approach the door and it doesn't unlock or Iock it and it unlocks. Sometimes the app just doesn't work at all, then you have to grab the key, I get inside and my Wi-Fi is working perfectly. I wish this lock was more reliable for the price!

Doesn’t work

This product has a mind of its own. Deadbolt activates frequently while the door is open or completely on its own while the door is closed, locking you out of the house. Key cards work fine to open the door but touch function and app work about 80% of the time. I’ve had to use the physical key to unlock several times when all else failed. Tried several things recommended by Level support to no avail. Don’t waste your time on this.

Inconsistent

The lock looks and seems ideal. Unfortunately it's unlock to touch system has been inconsistent and unreliable. We are replacing it because it has been more stress than convenience. What a shame.

Great smart lock!

This lock just works perfectly. I don’t have to think about it. I love that it looks like a regular deadbolt and no one would know that it’s a smart lock at all. I’m very spoiled now!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i absolutely love my Level locks. I have had some problems when the weather was extremely cold. It wasn’t with the locks but the door jamb would adjust and throw off the alignment in very cold weather so that either the locks couldn’t fully lock or unlock. When the weather warmed up, everything worked perfectly!

I love that I can control my lock with my phone especially with kids who forget their keys. I love that I can check to ensure it is locked even when not home. I highly recommend this to anyone.

Easy to Install

Great features

You wouldn't know it was a smart lock until you touch the lock and hear the chime that means it opened or locked. The installation was a breeze. Absolutely zero issues with connectivity. The app is very easy to use. I can't be more positive about this lock.

You can't even tell it's a smart lock, and it's extremely great quality. I had braced myself for installation, but it was surprisingly extremely easy to install. What I really love about the lock is the effortless access. Because all my keys look the same, I usually have to juggle my keys around to find the right key to the right lock....

Amazing smart lock for my home

No longer juggling keys or typing in the wrong code, more aesthetically pleasing(not bulky) than my last smart lock.
