Having never owned anything but knives from the Big-Box stores I had no concept of "Fine Cutlery". The box came several days earlier than I expected and I experienced the irony of opening my new knives with my old knife. Actually sent a picture of it to my friend. Thin and flimsy blades
Tried to buy American knives but these knives are very thin and flimsy blades! I should have known better with the cheap price! You get what you pay for! Stay away from these knives thier junk! I've had better Chinese knives for the last 25 years! Sad American made is crap! STAY AWAY!

Not what I expected
Very sharp! Which is the reason for ordering Rada, but we have only had small pairing knives and the tomato knife. Due to the long lasting blade and sharpness I wanted more. I’m disappointed with the chefs knife as the handle just isn’t suited for larger hands, they have a smaller grip and the blade is thin and feels flimsy. Also I believe due to the lack of indents in the side of the blade, food like potatoes stick to the blade due to “suction”. Would like to see a bit of a redesign with larger...

I wish I wasn't so clumsy!
I love, love, love this knife. It is super sharp and cuts like a dream. I just wish I wasn't so clumsy because I have cut myself (minor) twice. I have several RADA knives and I suggest them to people all the time.
